Heather: Music, Art and Healthy Eating are the biggest parts of my life (with the exception of being an adrenaline junky). Years ago I went on a life-style changing journey and lost 110 lbs. I know nothing changes on the outside without the inside changing first, so Faith is the most important thing we can have in our lives. No matter where we are in life we are loved and circumstances can change.
